1. About The Atelier Design

The Atelier Design is a premium women's ethnic wear studio based in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi, India, offering handcrafted occasion wear, limited-edition collections, and made-to-order garments.
 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
     

3. Products

Every garment is carefully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in embroidery, weaving, colour, print placement, texture, and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and should not be considered defects.

  • Product colours may appear slightly different due to variations in monitor, mobile device, and screen settings.

  • Product images are intended to provide the closest possible representation of the actual garment.
     

4. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout where required.

  • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their respective terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
     

5. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

  • Cancel orders where pricing or product information has been displayed incorrectly due to technical or human error.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method.
 

6. Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

Many of our garments are produced specifically for each customer.

By placing an order for a made-to-order or customised garment, you acknowledge that:

  • Production begins after order confirmation.

  • Such orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

  • Measurements, sizing, and personalisation details provided by the customer are their responsibility.
     

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, destination, courier operations, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Exchanges

As most garments are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities:

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.
 

9. Studio Appointments

Appointments at our Greater Kailash-II studio are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to arrive at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Garment concepts

  • Product photography

  • Logos

  • Artwork

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Website design

is the exclusive property of The Atelier Design and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
