The Atelier Design delivers across India through trusted logistics partners to ensure every garment reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
Each piece is produced in limited quantities and undergoes a careful quality inspection before dispatch.

Order Processing

• Ready-to-Ship orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Made-to-Order and customized garments require approximately 10–21 business days for production and finishing before dispatch. The expected timeline will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
   

Delivery Timeline (India)
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination and courier network.

• Complimentary shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Atelier Design has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Packaging
Every garment is carefully inspected, professionally packed, and securely packaged to preserve its quality throughout transit.

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. The Atelier Design cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
